The Kaple Law Firm, P.A. Previously, Kurt was a partner at a large, statewide firm. He founded this firm with the goal of outperforming other firms by providing better representation and client service, at a lower price.
For over 12 years, Kurt has devoted his career to representing clients experiencing difficult personal and financial circumstances. Kurt's extensive financial education and legal experience allow him to size up all aspects of his clients' situations, so that the best possible plans can be developed.
Prior to attending law school, Kurt graduated from the
United States Military Academy, at West Point, New York. In addition to his degree from West Point, Kurt has obtained the following degrees: B.S. of Accountancy, with honors,
University of Florida; M.S. of Finance,
Florida International University; J.D. with honors,
University of Mississippi.
